1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PassKard, a product of PassKard India ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PassKard provides digital business cards, professional networking directories, and workforce attendance scanning services. Services are provided on a monthly subscription rate of ₹49 per added employee for company tenants, and static wholesale activation rates of ₹99 per card for graphic designer agents.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials, including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to upload any fraudulent, offensive, or infringing content to your digital cards.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Subscribers agree to pay all applicable transaction fees, dynamic seat rates, or card wholesale charges via our integrated payment gateway. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
